Monthly virtual peer-to-peer discussion group
The Data Rounds virtual group is a monthly meeting of early career women physicians and residents who are interested in gaining skills and building community around healthcare-based artificial intelligence and data science.
We welcome physicians who self-identify as women, non-binary, or gender non-conforming from wide varieties of specialties within medicine and with range of experiences in health data science and AI.
No experience in data science or AI is needed. Just curiosity and willingness to grow in the domain!
The group will meet during the second week of each month for 90 minutes (1.5 hours) with specific days and times to be based on participant's input. Please selected preferred times in the form below.
Medicine is changing fast—AI, data science, digital tools.
But too often, women physicians are left out of design, leadership, and decision-making.
Many of us feel:
• Underrepresented in tech and innovation
• Intimidated by data or coding language
• Unsure where to start
• Overlooked in a male-dominated AI space
• Concerned that technology could deepen gender inequities in care
The Data Rounds exists to change that.
A supportive community where women physicians can:
Learn the language of AI & data science
Understand how these tools impact patient care
Build tech confidence—not just tech awareness
Grow as leaders in the digital future of healthcare
And now—we’re launching a monthly virtual peer-to-peer discussion group:
Short, practical, empowering sessions where we learn together, ask real questions, and explore clinical applications of AI and health data.
Because the future of medicine should be built with women physicians, not around us.
Be part of the first wave of women physicians shaping the future of digital health.
Let’s make sure the next generation of medical innovation has women’s voices at the table—and writing the code.
